Refund Policy

Digital purchases are generally final

Because this is a digital product with instant file delivery, purchases are generally final. We do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind, lack of use, or a preference for a different style after files have been made available.

Narrow exceptions

We only review exceptions for duplicate purchases, corrupted files, access issues after support, incorrect delivery, or cases required by Lemon Squeezy, card networks, applicable law, or the Merchant of Record.

How to request review

Use the Contact page with the order email, order reference, and a concise description of the issue. Include screenshots only when they help explain an access or file problem.

Merchant of Record

Lemon Squeezy processes purchases as Merchant of Record and may issue or require a refund under its policies, applicable law, fraud controls, or chargeback-prevention procedures. Lemon Squeezy states that it may refund a transaction within 60 days when necessary to prevent a chargeback.

Non-waivable rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your location.
