Refund Policy

Effective June 15, 2026

Digital purchases are generally final

Because access to digital files is provided after a successful purchase, we do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind, lack of use, or a preference for a different style.

Narrow exceptions

We will review a request when there is a duplicate purchase, the delivered file is materially defective or materially different from the product description, access remains unavailable after reasonable support, or a refund is required by applicable law or the Merchant of Record.

How to request review

Use the Contact page with the order email, order reference, and a concise description of the issue. Include screenshots only when they help explain an access or file problem.

Merchant of Record

Lemon Squeezy processes purchases as Merchant of Record and may issue or require a refund under its policies, applicable law, fraud controls, or chargeback-prevention procedures. Lemon Squeezy states that it may refund a transaction within 60 days when necessary to prevent a chargeback.

Non-waivable rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your location.
